Custom Printing in Philadelphia, PA

Universities, hospitals and research

Philadelphia is home to several large universities and teaching hospitals, and they run a steady calendar of conferences, open houses, orientation weeks and fundraising events. Departments and student groups order retractable banner stands and table covers for fairs, conference posters for research sessions, event directional signs for campus visitors and step-and-repeat backdrops for galas. Hospitals and clinics order foam board and PVC signs for wayfinding during events and health fairs. Send the event layout and the number of signs, and a printing specialist replies with sizes.

Conventions downtown

The downtown convention center near Center City hosts shows and association meetings for medicine, home and garden, flowers, cars and education, and hotels around it host smaller conferences. Exhibitors order tension fabric back walls, retractable banner stands, fitted table covers and counter wraps, and organizers order media walls and podium wraps for stages. Many exhibitors also attend shows in New York, Baltimore and Washington, so a kit that packs into a single case travels easily up and down the Northeast corridor.

Rowhouse streets and neighborhood corridors

Philadelphia's neighborhood commercial corridors, from South Philly to Fishtown to Germantown, are full of restaurants, delis, salons and corner shops. Owners order window decals and perforated window film for storefront glass, A-frame signs for the sidewalk and grand-opening vinyl banners. Business improvement districts order pole banners for their streets, and contractors working rowhouse renovations order mesh banners and yard signs. Check the City's sign permit rules before mounting anything on a facade.
