Podium & Lectern Wraps
A podium wrap puts your event name or logo on the front of the lectern, the spot that appears in almost every speaker photo and video from a conference stage. It can be a stretch fabric cover that slips over the whole lectern, a rigid printed panel that attaches to the front, or a magnetic sign for a metal lectern. Send the lectern measurements or a photo, and the quote includes a proof cut to its shape.

Getting the lectern right
Read more
The lectern sits at the center of the stage and shows up in nearly every speaker photo, video clip and livestream frame. That makes its front panel the most photographed square foot at an event, and a plain hotel lectern is a missed chance.
Measure before you order. For a front panel, measure the width and height of the flat front; for a full cover, the height, width and depth at the widest points, including any top lip. A photo with a tape measure in it helps us confirm the shape. Venue lecterns vary, so ask the venue for the model or the measurements if you cannot see it in advance.
Keep the design simple: event name or logo, large enough to read from the back of the room and in a camera shot. Leave a margin at the top where the speaker's notes and microphone sit. A matte print avoids glare under stage lights.
Give us the event date on the quote form and we confirm what can be produced in time.
Options for podium & lectern wraps
Full fabric cover
A sewn stretch-fabric cover slips over the lectern and hides it completely, which suits a hotel ballroom lectern that does not match your stage. Measure height, width and depth at the widest points.
Front panel or logo sign
A rigid printed panel on the front of the lectern carries the event name and logo and comes off in seconds. Hook-and-loop strips attach it without marking the lectern.
Magnetic sign
For a metal lectern, a magnetic vinyl sign clings to the front with no fixings. Check with a fridge magnet first that the front is steel.
How ordering works: quote, digital proof, print, then delivery to the USA or Canada. Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
