Custom Printing in Ottawa, ON

Associations, government and bilingual events

As the national capital, Ottawa hosts association meetings, policy conferences, embassy receptions and government-funded events, and many of them need materials in both official languages. Organisers order podium wraps, step-and-repeat backdrops, retractable banner stands and event directional signs, often with English and French side by side. Advocacy groups and nonprofits order foam board signs and posters for receptions and gatherings. Send both language versions and we lay them out on the proof. Check your event's or funder's language requirements first.

Tech parks and trade shows

Kanata's technology companies and the city's convention and conference centres bring regular trade shows and recruiting events. Exhibitors order tension fabric back walls, retractable banner stands, fitted table covers and counter wraps. Many also exhibit in Toronto and Montréal, so a kit that packs into a carry case suits the drive along the 401 and the 417. Send your booth size and show rules with your quote request.

Winter festivals and neighbourhood streets

Ottawa leans into winter with festivals, skating and outdoor events in February, and summer brings music festivals and Canada Day crowds. Vendors and sponsors order canopy tents, feather flags and vinyl banners that can handle snow or sun. Business improvement areas in the ByWard Market, Westboro and the Glebe order pole banners, and shops order window decals and A-frame signs. Choose heavier materials for pieces that stay outside in cold weather.
