Custom Printing in Kansas City, MO

Barbecue contests and food events

Barbecue is part of Kansas City's identity, and competition cook-offs, food festivals and tailgates run from spring into fall. Teams and restaurants order canopy tents with printed tops and walls, vinyl banners for cook sites, feather flags and table covers. Restaurants add window decals and A-frame signs for their dining rooms and patios. Smoke and grease are hard on fabric, so many teams order a backup banner. Send the site size and a printing specialist suggests a setup.

Conventions and agribusiness shows

Downtown's convention center hosts trade shows and association meetings, including agriculture, animal health and engineering events. Exhibitors order tension fabric back walls, retractable banner stands, fitted table covers and counter wraps. Many also exhibit in St. Louis, Omaha and Wichita, so a reusable frame set with new graphics makes sense. Include the advance warehouse address if your booth ships to the show.

Game days and fast-changing weather

Football and baseball crowds bring tailgates and watch parties, and the region's weather swings from summer storms to winter cold. Sponsors and bars order vinyl banners, feather flags and step-and-repeat backdrops for game-day events. For anything outdoors, use mesh on fences, reinforced hems and heavy bases. Builders and agents in growing suburbs order yard signs and mesh fence banners; check local sign rules on each side of the state line.
